Dora Sustaita
Dora Sustaita is bilingual (Fluent in Spanish ) and has 20 years of experienced within the Factoring industry. She started as an Account Manager assistant in a bank and worked her way up as Account Manager. She joined New Century Financial team in 2010 as an Account Manager by managing the front-end data input, reviewing invoices for purchase within credit and risk policy, etc. which her experience and knowledge was promoted as the Portfolio Manager by supervising the Account Management Team. Her goal is to follow business operational procedures, and anticipate to potential client issues, and effectively communicate resolutions. Ensure all staff provides excellent customer service and communication skills and add great value as we continue growing our portfolio and providing creative Finance solutions to small, medium and large businesses.

Justin Cooper
Justin Cooper is a Credit Manager for New Century Financial. He has over 10 years of experience working in Corporate Finance and Commercial Lending. He joined New Century Financial in April 2012 and has since held leadership positions in both the Operations and the Underwriting Department. Justin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, Major in Finance, from Texas State University, where he was also elected as an Officer for the Financial Management Association.
Quennie Zerna
Quennie Zerna is a Montclair University alumni and has been with New Century Financial since 2006. Her years of loyalty and dedication has garnered her a reputation of being the “go to person” in the company and has provided her with a goldmine of knowledge in the industry. She spearheads and manages all operational platform and software for the company and oversee the Sales, Marketing and the Underwriting team. She inspires her colleagues with her superb work ethics and establishes a lasting connection with the clients and vendors due to her altruistic nature and integrity.
Nel Somarriba
Nel Somarriba is the President of New Century Financial. She moved to the United States from Nicaragua with full merit and academic scholarships from the Organization of American States and Walmart for both her BS in Marketing and International Business from Harding University as well as her MBA in Finance from La Salle University. Living and studying in the United States and Italy taught her to be independent and self-reliant. Ms. Somarriba worked for United Airlines (Continental) in marketing and sales. She joined Citigroup to pursue a finance career. Ms. Somarriba moved to Texas in 2004 after living in the Northeast for five years. She joined New Century Financial that same year. Her extensive knowledge base and varied experience have been invaluable in managing and improving the operations as well as facilitating the growth of the organization.
